Warranty and Support Terms and Conditions
WARRANTY POLICY
The original purchaser of authorized products warrants that the product must be:
- (A) free from manufacturing defects;
- (B) suitable for the intended use; and
- (C) will conform to any of the published specifications.
IMPORTANT!
It is not included in the Warranty Policy:
- (A) defects caused by the absence of a suitable installation environment for the product;
- (B) costs relating to the removal or replacement of product that is embedded in another device;
- (C) product damage from external causes, including accidents, electrical power problems, abnormal electrical, mechanical or environmental conditions,
- (D) use without following product instructions, unauthorized alteration or repair, improper installation, or improper testing;
- (E) any product from which the original identifying marks, including serial numbers or other identifying marks, have been removed or altered;
- (F) damage caused by misuse of the product, for purposes other than those for which it was designed;
- (G) damage caused by force majeure, natural disasters such as earthquakes, fires, floods, winds and lightning;
- (H) damage caused by unauthorized attachments or modifications;
- (i) damage during transport; or
- (J) any other abuse, neglect or misuse.
LIMITATION OF RESOURCES
In no event or circumstances will FiberIX be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages based on breach of warranty, breach of contract, negligence, strict tort or any other legal theory.
